TRADING TERMS
Consultancy and Company Directorships
The agreed monthly fee must be paid in advance plus GST and can be paid by direct credit, cheque, Mastercard or Visa.
Public Seminars
All participants fees must be paid prior to the start of the seminar, and can be paid at the time of booking on my website. In the unlikely event of a sudden events causing a non-attendance, your fee can be credited to the next date for that particular seminar, swapped to an alternative person, or will by agreement be refunded.
Training Workshops, and In company seminars
The agreed fee must be paid by direct credit prior to the commencement of the seminar series. Payment can be paid by cheque, cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
International Seminars, Workshops, conference Speaking
The agreed fee must be paid prior to travel commencing by direct credit to my nominated bank account.
Non Fee Expenses
Unless agreed otherwise, you can expect not to have to pay any travel expenses, accommodation expenses, equipment hire, cost of photocopying handbooks, certificates, namecards, or surprise expenses I will cover all of these in my fee quotation to you, if they are required. And I provide all my own equipment fore presentations.
Guarantee of Quality
I guarantee you that all Top Achievers Sales Training Seminars will be presented by myself with no substitutes.
I guarantee that you will be satisfied with the content of my seminars, workshops, and conference presentations, and that they will meet your predetermined objectives, and in the unlikely situation of not meeting those objectives or anything else determining a disappointment, you will receive a full refund of your fee plus a replacement seminar, workshop, or conference presentation at a determined future date.
Testimonials
Testimonials are invited from you, by email or in writing, after completion of any consultancy project, company directorship, seminar, workshop, or conference presentation. In addition, we certainly like to receive those referrals and introductions to your business associates. Non Payment
Delayed or non payment of fees could result in refusal to proceed with the presentation at your seminar, workshop, or conference until payment arrives, interest costs and debt collection costs on overdue consultancy fees, provision of information to credit reporting agencies, and poor credit reference reporting to other speakers, members of NSA, and NZATD.
